How to Become a Creative, Bold, and Strategic Entrepreneur

Girl Scout Product Programs, including fall product and Girl Scout Cookies are safe, easy, and fun ways for troops to earn proceeds for future Girl Scout adventures. While that’s reason enough to take part in these awesome programs, girls also build their entrepreneurial business skills, including goal setting, decision-making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Plus, this year girls will be running their very own digital storefront! Here’s what your girl can expect from this year’s Fall Product Program.

Learn Digital Marketing and Business Skills

The Fall Product Program can be done entirely online, eliminating face-to-face interactions with customers. Nuts, candy, and magazines can be ordered online and shipped directly to customers. Through the digital platform, M2, your girl can create her own virtual storefront and send a personalized message about how she is using the courage, confidence, and character she has developed through her Girl Scout Leadership Experience to continue making a difference in this world. Girls can also choose to sell nuts and candy items to friends and family in-person, and customers can select girl delivery for nut and candy items.

Build Confidence Through Goal Setting

The Fall Product Program is a friends and family sale that gives girls the chance to put their skills into action, show off their Girl Scout spirit, and lets their confidence soar as they interact with customers. It reminds the community that Girl Scouts are still making a difference and changing the world. Your girl will feel accomplished as she thinks strategically and reaches each goal.

Better Navigate Her New World

Your girl knows the world around her has changed, despite the challenges, she’s ready to learn how to face them in a space where she feels safe and empowered. By continuing her Girl Scout programming, your girl will stay engaged in exciting activities, connect safely with the community around her, and learn new skills that prepare her for a lifetime of leadership. There’s never been a more important time to keep your girl focused on the future and changing the world for the better.

Make an Impact in the Community

All troops receive 13% of their magazine orders as troop proceeds, plus $1/item for nuts and chocolates. While you may still have program credits (formerly Cookie Dough) from the 2020 Girl Scout Cookie Program, funds from Fall Product Program can help take your troop’s plans to the next level and give back to your community in an even more meaningful way. In 2020, Girl Scouts in our council used their cookie program credits to make care packages for hurricane evacuees, donate meals to health care staff, help keep food pantries stocked, and support local animal shelters. If your troop is saving up for something exciting in 2021, remember that troop funds earned in the Fall Product Program roll over to the next year!
